super soft face

Hey, I thought as its really cold outside it would be a really good idea to do a post on how I get a really smooth face. My face gets dry and really sensitve when its cold, so I need a skin routine to keep my skin nice and smooth. When it comes to face creams I get abit picky because I hate creams when there really perfumed, beacuse it stings my eyes and I just dont feel freash and I just feel uncomfortable.

When im about to get dressed into my p.js, I like to put the body shop vitamin E body lotion on all over my body. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and fresh.

First I get a cotton pad and put on some garnier soothing cleanising lotion and rub off my makeup, then use my garnier toner to tone and sooth my face.

Then I like to put on my nivea cream. I really like this cream and its really soothing, but its really perfumed and makes my eyes water a little bit.

When thats sinked into my skin I put on the calendula cream from neals yard remedies. I like to put this on my dry patches on my face and body.

Then before I brush my teeth I will scrub on my lips the popcorn lip scrub from lush. To find out more on the popcorn lip scrub you can read my blog post based on it called "get super smooth lips."

After I have brushed my teeth I slap on a nivea lip butter in "caramel cream" or "raspberry rose."

Peanut butter hot chocolate

On a cold day I just love a hot chocolate, but one night I discovered peanut butter hot chocolate it's so yummy and I love it before I go bed.

To make it you will need:

Milk
Cinnamon (optional) I do though
Peanut butter
Hot chocolate of your choice
Vanilla extract
Whipped cream with marshmallows or any little yummy topping (the whipped cream and topping of you choice is optional)

First fill your mug with milk but not all the way to the top, then pour into a pan and heat to a reasonable temperature. Then add in three tablespoons of hot chocolate then whisk After that put in two tablespoons of peanut butter and I like to whisk it to make it frothy at the top. When it's melted and mixed well with the milk add in one or two drops of vanilla extract. When you have mixed it in sprinkle in a little bit of cinnamon then pour the peanut butter hot chocolate and add on top whipped cream (optional). I like to sprinkle on marshmallows or grate some chocolate on top.

Thank you for reading and feel free to leave a comment if you tried this yummy drink and what you thought of it!!

mini shopping spree

mini shopping spree

Hi everyone! Yesterday I went on a little shopping spree as I had some money because I sold my drum kit. I didnt really get want i planned to get, but still... I'm happy with what I got.

Firstly I bought converses, I love these as they're so easy to walk in and the match almost all my clothes. They're navey blue and they where £45.

I also got the Innocence  Eyeshadow Trio from MUA, it's so pretty and it has three different colours. I also love its shimmer when its on your eyes. That was only £2.50

Next I picked up a river island booklet. there was a pile of them to just take home...the booklet just has pics of outfits and just says some random fashion stuff.

Lastly the garnier soothing cleansing lotion which removes make-up, and the garnier soothing vitamin-enriched toner, which tones and smoothes.

Please feel free to leave a comment saying what you have really loved this past month!!

lots of love

Get super smooth lips

get super smooth lips

Now and then our lips get soo chapped its crazy, and we all just need something better than a cheap lipbalm. So I got fed up with lipbalms, they where rubbish and had done nothing to help my lips. So one day I just wondered into Lush and saw the best thing ever.... the popcorn lipscrub.

Its amazing and it smells great. You simply pinch some out then scrub it on your lips then I leave it on my lips for abit then lick it all of (its edible!!), or you could do what I do and use a toothbrush to gently buff away the sugar. It removes dry skin and leaves your lips feeling soft and supple. I adore the smell, and love this dinky little pot.

The buttery caramel smell is so sweet and yummy you just want to eat it all but i would sugest you dont put the lip scrub on the lick it off after you brushed your teeth YUCK!! its not a good tast before you go bed!

feel free to leave a comment on what you think of lushes lip scrubs

thank you for reading
